English Pale Ale

Sitting here, enjoying the weather and another one of the home brews. This admirable entry into the ever-growing successes of home brewing is definitely on the sweeter side of the spectrum (staying true to the style). The English hops take a back seat while notes of carmel and toffee are pronounced. Not my fav, but certainly a drinkable pint.
